Responsibilities Collaborates with product, business teams, and architecture to uncover and understand customer pain points and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies, supporting early product definition and improving the overall experience Creates process and user flows, conceptual diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, and low to high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate high level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors Leverages established digital experience design and architecture standards, style guides and pattern libraries to create consistent user experiences, and files deviation exception requests as necessary Advocates for prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research, analysis, design thinking and service design methodologies Partners with technology colleagues in creating high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market Collaborates with peers, product, and business partners to co-create solution designs which meet requirements and objectives through iterative, rapid cycles of experience design and research Demonstrates an understanding of the UX process and implements effective and appropriate approaches to co-create a solution with product partners Develops and presents user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enable the audience to understand the process, provide feedback, and adopt visual concepts Serves as a resource to those with less experience within the discipline Demonstrates intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency in industry tools and practices and can assist other product designers Works independently, under general direction, on assignments of greater complexity and coordination involving both architecture and design Qualifications We Are Seeking Candidates With Minimum Qualifications: UX Architecture UX Design Interaction Design Additional Information: Job may require limited travel via commercial transportation and/or driving motor vehicles, and may include weekends Requires education and/or experience in digital graphic design Involvement in company approved educational programs as applicable for continued development For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
