  Key Responsibilities:

  · Lead the end-to-end design process, from problem discovery to solution delivery, ensuring a fluid handoff to the development team.

  · Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand user needs and validate design hypotheses.

  · Actively collaborate with Product Managers and engineers, prioritizing tasks based on impact, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.

  · Develop wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows, ensuring that solutions offer a fluid and intuitive experience for users.

  · Use navigation data analysis and user satisfaction metrics (such as NPS and CSAT) to generate actionable insights.

  Preferred experience:

  · Experience with the entire design cycle, from research, conception to delivery to the development team.

  · Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to carry out A/B tests and product discoveries.

  · Strong prototyping and interaction design skills, with a focus on user experience.

  · Experience in conducting and monitoring user research, validating hypotheses and analyzing data.

  · Mastery of design and prototyping tools.

  · Full university degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related areas.

  · Intermediate English and Spanish

  Differentials:

  · Experience in digital product environments at scale.

  · Knowledge of data analysis tools and user behavior, such as Google Analytics.
