  Overview:
  One of Confiz’s top clients is seeking multiple highly skilled and innovative embedded Product Designers through a consultancy engagement. These designers will play a critical role in accelerating the client’s efforts to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their digital products, with the goal of enhancing customer experiences, driving user acquisition, boosting e-commerce conversions, and improving customer retention. The selected consultants will be instrumental in shaping and delivering user-centered, AI-driven experiences across both web and mobile platforms, directly contributing to key business growth and engagement metrics.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business goals and AI use cases into compelling UI/UX designs for mobile and web applications.
  • Lead the design of key features including:
  • A seamless and engaging free trial sign-up experience.
  • AI-powered guided shopping and onboarding experiences.
  • Cart and checkout flow optimizations (e.g., information architecture, step resequencing, design consistency).
  • A complete mobile app overhaul, with improved usability and visual consistency.
  • Unified activation and AI-enhanced support experiences.
  • Omnichannel billing, guest payment flows, and notification/message center enhancements.
  • Personalized offers and promotions via AI within the "My Account" experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a Mobile Guide and Design System in Figma, ensuring consistency and simplicity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers within agile teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure effectiveness.
  • Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, connecting decisions to measurable outcomes like gross ads and engagement improvements.
  • Apply best practices in user-centered design (UCD) and advocate for accessible, inclusive digital experiences.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, ideally in e-commerce or digital product environments.
  • Expertise in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

  Preferred Experience:

  • Background in telecommunications, retail wireless, or similar digital industries.
  • Experience designing AI-driven features such as personalization, automation, or intelligent onboarding.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce flows, onboarding journeys, and enterprise-grade UX challenges.
