      What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

      • Deliver high quality user flows and product designs that will quickly become the product that millions of customers use daily

      • Champion customer experience and usability across the product organization

      • Contribute to defining the design vision and strategy for the Network Solutions product organization

      • Connect frequently with customers to understand their needs and pain points in using our products

      • Partner closely with your product and engineering counterparts in delivering high quality, scalable, and feasible experiences for our customers

      • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and customer service to help our customers and prospects understand the value of what we’re building

      • Build something truly great that will immediately be used by millions of customers

      Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

      • Have proven experience owning product design for a discrete product space and delivering meaningful customer experience improvements

      • Enjoy working closely with customers to understand their product needs and pain points

      • Seek and use data effectively to justify their design decision making

      • Default to action, and get things done to deliver value to your customer

      • Communicate effectively across different audiences and levels – from technical partners to executive leadership.

      • Collaborate transparently but decisively across their partner teams

      • Display a s trong product sense when it comes to customer experience and usabilit y

      • Proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, and component libraries).

      • Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and layout.

      • Application must include a strong digital portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

      The target compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
