      12 -month fixed term contract

      This is a great role for someone who is always looking at data and insights to get closer to the customer and to inform your design decisions and shape product strategy.

      A bit about the job:
      We need a Product Designer to join the User Centred Design team for a 12 -month fixed term contract . The User Centred Design team defines how our customers, partners and employees interact with our products and services. As a Product Designer you will ensure that our digital products not only address customer needs, but also align to business objectives .

      We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in shaping digital help for customers across multiple channels and touchpoints in a complex digital environment. Experience designing for chatbot is desired as well as demonstrable experience of triaging customer queries for swift resolution.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Strong background in UX design methods, such as Requirements gathering and Data Analysis , as well as experience creating Journey Maps , User Flows, IA and l ow-fi prototypes

      • Competent in UI/Visual design and experience working with f ront-end design frameworks, delivering pixel perfect designs when needed and following Aviva’s brand guidelines

      • Able to lead a User Centred D esign project from discovery to delivery and can demonstrate key stakeholder management skills needed for an efficient and effective delivery

      • Experience in designing digital-first help for customers across multiple channels and touchpoints, including designing for chatbot

      • Confident presenting project work to stakeholders and challenging existing mindsets , helping product and business peers with strategy to implement over time and achieve the best customer outcomes

      • Salary circa £65,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
