Job Description

Strong background in UX design methods, such as Requirements gathering, Stakeholder workshops, Data Analysis, Journey Maps, User Flows, IA and low-fi prototypes.
Competent in UI/Visual design and proven experience working with front-end design frameworks, delivering pixel perfect designs when needed and following Aviva’s brand guidelines.
Able to lead a User Centred Design project from discovery to delivery and can demonstrate key stakeholder management skills needed for an efficient and effective delivery across multiple channels and touchpoints in a complex digital environment.
Confident presenting project work to stakeholders and challenging existing mindsets, helping product and business peers with strategy to implement over time and achieve the best customer outcomes.
Salary circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are currently recruiting for a Product Designer to be a part of our innovative and forward-thinking User Centred Design team! If you enjoy using data and insights to get closer to the customer and to inform your design decisions and shape product strategy, this role could be ideal for you.
