We are among the top leaders in design for home storage and organization products within mass merchants, clubs and retail chains nationwide. Our product line is undergoing a hyper growth with the launch of new product lines.


      Pro-Mart is looking for a strong Product Developer to join our Product Development and Operations team. Our ideal candidate has a resume that shows longevity and a strong record with Sourcing and Product Development for USA retailers in the consumer products/CPG industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring the execution of the development of product lines including sourcing, costing, new product development, negotiations, product management, vendor communications and more. This position act as main contact between the Company and overseas vendors (mainly in Asia) for all aspects of sourcing and product development including, but not limited to, the following:


      Daily Responsibilities include:

      • Coordinate the development of new product lines and programs, from concept to final product with hands-on sample and product development.
      • Work with overseas vendors to counter source & negotiate to achieve corporate target margins for all applicable categories.
      • Schedule, monitor, and coordinate new sample development process from concept to launch.
      • Daily communication with factories in Asia for the development and request of new samples.


      Apply if you have the following:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development assistance for consumer products sold in retail stores
      • Minimum 5 years of experience working with overseas factories
      • Expert computer skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      • Able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
      • Impeccable organizational skills
      • Team player
