Job Description

- Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program.
- Communicate, manage, and deliver project delivery timelines.
- Manage deliverables on related projects.
- Serve as the SME for the Electronic Batch Record system.
- Define the program controls, that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.
- Train oncoming specialists and existing specialists to advancing specialist roles.
- Report and monitor KPIs/OKRs for PDG.
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
- Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program.
- Manage and use resources across the various projects and programs in the program.
- Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects and programs in the program.
- Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Documentation Manager is responsible for the delivery of the output/product of the program, which will involve managing a portfolio of projects and programs. This includes coordinating the teams who are working on the various projects, including product development. This also includes engaging, interacting and communicating with relevant third parties that are involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES – Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.
What You Need:
Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred. Combination of work life experience in similar field acceptable such as project management, technical documentation team management or program office supervision.
