Develops new special products and testing to meet customers quality demands.

Ensures quality product by analyzing validation results and detecting problems to make corrective actions and improve production results.

Maintains constant communication with customer to establish satisfaction goals as required.

Participates in discussion forums with customer to identify potential opportunities to develop and/or improve product.

Performs analysis of field failures to support commercial decisions

Provides support to the commercial area analyzing offerings, assessments, investments and equipment for new projects as well as defining sale terms together with the Credit area and pricing with the Commercial Planning area, based on market and customer segmentation.

Participates in the internal failure analysis to support operations to identify root causes and define improvement actions.

Holds constant communication with steel vendors to assure product quality associated to raw material.

Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
