Job Description

As a Product Engineer at the Company, you will be responsible for developing and improving our suite of SaaS products with a focus on exceptional UX/UI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions and tools related to shipping and e-commerce

• Develop and implement new features for our SaaS platform with a focus on user experience and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Understand customer journey and engage in SaaS product development to provide differentiated values and experiences to customers
• Optimize existing systems for scalability and performance.
• Test and deploy applications and systems, working closely with other engineers and quality assurance teams.
• Contribute to code and design reviews.
• Work with our existing small engineering team to prioritize and execute development tasks.
• Share insights and recommendations for improving products and processes within the team.

Salary: $85K / year

Qualifications

• Ability to commute/relocate: Fullerton, CA 92831: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of prior experience in building SaaS products, particularly in the e-commerce or shipping/logistics sector.
• Prior experience at/with Shipping technology company such as Shippo, Shipstation, Pirate Ship is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze data and extract key customer insights
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
