  As a Product Innovation Intern on our Product Innovation team, you will be executing market and customer research (“Voice of Customer”) as part of a cross-functional innovation team to drive one or more new innovation Fluke customer solutions.

  Responsibilities:

  · Work alongside other innovation team members to craft learning objectives and research instruments (eg discussion guides, prototypes).

  · Deploy the research instruments in the form of customer interviews and gemba (field) work.

  · Drive synthesis of research results to actionable conclusions.

  · Iteratively Ideate and select solution ideas to prototype and deploy with customers.

  Qualifications:

  · Must be able to travel to participate in United States field work.

  · Relocation to Everett WA/Puget Sound preferred but not required.
