Product Lifecycle Management

Within the Global Operations Engineering Team, we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be part of a team with focus on high-quality PLM BL support for various Business Lines (BL).

In this exciting role your responsibilities will include:

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and process expert
• Provide transactional support for creation and maintenance of data in PLM systems and tools as required
• Interface with global clients on business data requirements and advise support options, with recommendations
• Business Line product portfolio review and guidance with business clients
• Participate in Change Management process providing PLM and planning representation
• Documentation updates in databases and catalogues
• Maintains files of project reports, specifications, product proposals, and documentation
• Prepares process and status reports, assigns and monitors document numbers, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensures documents meet standards for planning and production

Profile:

• Education: Degree in Engineering/Business
• Experience: Industrial experience in semiconductor field is a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills; in English, verbal, written, and timely
• Ability to understand and communicate with engineers preferred
• Oriented to continuous improvement preferred
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-directed
• Ability to prioritize workload to ensure internal clients are supported
• Bill of material knowledge helpful
• Willingness to occasionally do early morning / late night calls with clients in US time zones
