      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track product success and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
      - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap, capturing customer feedback and prioritizing new product development
      - Monitor the development of new products, understanding customer needs, and providing direction to key stakeholders
      - Set product requirements and ensure product offering aligns with pricing, specifications, safety, and customer requests
      - Monitor feedback and safety cases, resolving product-related issues, and providing input into marketing strategy and sales training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Suitable educational background in Engineering or Science, with additional business studies preferred
      - Several years of experience in product management, engineering, or relevant service management
      - Strong people management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
      - Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and make effective judgments on prioritization
      - Fluent in English and PC literate
      - Willingness to travel and work at the division headquarters in Turku
