      Position Summary

      Supports the Product Management team with various tasks related to the product development process and inline product management. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assists in communication with external vendors, contract management, document preparation, data entry, and report generation. Maintains the Product Information Management (PIM) System, Akeneo, and collaborates with other departments for continuous improvement of the system. Coordinates and schedules meetings to ensure smooth communication and project progression.

      Essential Functions

      • Improve current processes that support the product development process and inline product management.
      • Assist in communication with external vendors, managing contracts, purchase orders, and documentation.
      • Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, data entry, and report generation.
      • Administer and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) System, Akeneo, and collaborate with other departments for continuous improvement.
      • Coordinate and schedule meetings to ensure smooth communication and project progression.

      Education and Experience

      • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
      • 1-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a product management or marketing team.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and business software implementation.
      • Familiarity with Akeneo PIM software is a plus.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

      Physical Demands

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently sits; talks and hears; uses hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally stands and walks; climbs; twists, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.

      The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 5 lbs., and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 55 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

      Working Conditions/Physical Hazards

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office environment, and is frequently exposed to production environment. Work area is well-lit and air-conditioned. All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where required. Position can be hybrid or in-office setting based on business need, employee must be local to Portland, OR area.
