- Time Commitment: 40 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need.

Peacock Reliability & Performance, Product Analysis: NBCUniversal owns and operates over 20 different businesses across 30 countries including a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, world-renowned theme parks and a premium ad-supported streaming service. Peacock is the flagship streaming service from NBCUniversal. Our team, Reliability & Performance, oversees the product and project roadmap for the delivery of the software systems used by the Technical Operations group to maintain daily operations for the business unit. The intern will be embedded in the team and is expected to collaborate closely with the Product owner in delivering new features for the Service Management (Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management) portfolio. The Product Owner participates in project scoping, backlog management, requirements definition, and product validation, among other tasks. This position will allow exposure to the various engineering and operations teams as well as an opportunity to learn more about AGILE methodology. The intern will gain skills in collaborating across multiple teams as well as have an opportunity to learn more about how software releases are managed and rolled out across large corporations.
Fandango (Vudu), Product Management: The Fandango (Vudu) Product Team defines and delivers a best-in-class digital streaming experience for our consumers across platforms, including smart TVs, set-top boxes, desktop, and mobile devices. As a Product Intern, you will receive exposure to how Product collaborates with Technology, UX/Design, and business teams on product features and enhancements. Projects will center around increasing orders, conversion and other success metrics, reducing friction in user flows, and leveling up the overall user experience.
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal.
- Must be working from a location within a U.S. state during all hours worked.
- Students with class standing of junior or above preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree majoring in a technical or business field.
- Technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with buy and rent video on demand services (Vudu, iTunes, Amazon Prime Video).
- Familiarity with smart TVs and set-top devices (Roku, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, Vizio, etc.).
- Familiarity with web and app standards (iOS and Android).
