  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for data products and predictive analytics solutions tailored to lenders
  - Guide the development of products based on client feedback and industry expertise in credit risk management and underwriting
  - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver new product enhancements
  - Utilize advanced analytics and predictive models to drive product improvements and decision-making processes for lenders
  - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position products effectively in the data and predictive analytics space
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  - 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on data products, predictive analytics, or machine learning in the lending or financial services industry
  - Proven experience managing complex data-driven products from concept to execution
  - Familiarity with risk assessment, credit scoring models, and underwriting processes within the lending industry
  - Experience collaborating with data science teams to apply predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Master's degree in a relevant field
  - Experience with machine learning algorithms and their application in product development
  - Previous experience in a leadership role within product management
  - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in data privacy and security
