Job Profile: Product Life Cycle Management of DCS products & services. Interact with teams represented by experts from internal/ external customers. Elicit and collect stakeholder requests, prioritize and create requirement specification. Individually drives requirements, clarifications, internal presentations. Collaborate with R&D for timely product realization. Prepare roadmap and manage lifecycle changes. Preparation of sales material and technical data. Support the customer when issues concern the products in your area of responsibility. Perform competitor and market analysis in order to ensure competitive functionality and pricing to find levers for cost reduction. Should be willing to Present topics owned by him/her at larger forums available within Siemens Advanta. Should be willing to drive Innovation topics both at Siemens Advanta level and within Agile team Need to completely own the topics concerning his/her deliveries. Demonstrate ability to lead Agile team supports Product Managers in design and execution of programs and initiatives. Desired Qualification & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information systems/Instrumentation & Controls Minimum 2 years’ experience in Product Management/ Pre-Sales/Bid Management/Product Owner · Good Understanding on Product Lifecycle Management, Vendor Management · Understanding the compliance requirements across geographies and incorporating them in the product roadmap Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, fast assimilation of customer needs. Result orientated, Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in interacting with global and interdisciplinary teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently as well as in a team context. Creative and innovative thinker. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process. Experience in Edge Computing.
