What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the entire feature and product lifecycle from planning to launch
- Create product specifications, including wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating high-level requirements into actionable tasks
- Capture the voice of customers through end-user research and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical, product-focused role
- 5+ years of experience delivering products as a Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience writing user stories and defining epics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or related STEM degree program or equivalent
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience writing code
- Experience within the construction technology industry or IoT
- Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality standards
