- As a valued member of Stryker’s AI innovation unit, you will be responsible for the development of complex AI enabled solutions with a focus on data offense.
- You will contribute to fast-paced cycles of innovation and influence the development of technologies that power a wide array of Stryker’s solutions.
- You will work on the ideation, creation, and continuous enhancement of the portfolio by identifying new features, use cases and incorporate operational feedback by working directly with users, stakeholders, and related SMEs.
- You will partner with internal and external key opinion leaders to develop technical strategies that meet clinical, and business needs around an AI related data offense.
- For this you will collaborate to create financial and business models which contribute to strategy and execution for such an AI related data offense.
- You will plan, manage, and communicate the product vision, releases and features to stakeholders, leaders, and the development team and bring a strong product to the market making healthcare better.
- Execute a robust talent offense by attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging top talent while driving personal/professional growth of individuals, the team and delivering high quality results with passion, energy, and drive.
- Lead a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging at a team level in hiring and staff development.
- Distill department objectives, goals, strategy, and mission into performance objectives for direct reports. By this shape a team as part of the intrapreneurial Technical Product Management organization.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline with 8+ years of work experience, with 2+ years direct people management experience preferred.
- You have been working in digital, AI, XR or complex Software projects.
- You are passionate about your product and proactively promote your product vision with energy and a perfect mixture of structure and creativity.
- You are highly self-motivated, driven and problem solving is one of your outstanding skills.
- You are an open-minded person with high level communication skills.
- Experience with Requirements Management Software, for example Jama.
- Experience with Backlog Management Software, for example Jira.
- Experience with Collaboration Software, for example Confluence, Figma, Mural
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent.
- $ 109k - $ 232k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
