What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market analysis to develop and refine products and services that drive business growth
- Provide sales and marketing support by ensuring the sales force has the necessary product knowledge and training
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product and service lines, collaborating with internal and external partners
- Lead cross-departmental teams to align product and service objectives and develop project plans
- Manage activities related to the maintenance of assigned products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of group insurance experience, product management experience, or underwriting-related experience
- Working knowledge of voluntary/worksite products such as critical illness, accident/hospital indemnity, life, and disability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-directed to meet objectives
- Strong ability to drive success and demonstrate adaptability in changing circumstances
