What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex legal research and litigation workflows to enhance tasks through generative AI
- Design and implement automated evaluation frameworks for AI outputs in the legal domain
- Manage high-quality dataset creation and execution of automated testing and validation pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories and specifications
- Communicate feature status, requirements, and evaluation results to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an accredited law school with a deep understanding of legal research methods
- 3-5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in complex technical products
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with generative AI and familiarity with AI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI evaluation processes and collaboration with data science teams
- Intermediate programming skills, particularly in Python
- Prior involvement in market research and competitive analysis within the legal field
