What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze global market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate forecasting and align market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams
- Collaborate with R&D to define product roadmaps and customer-focused developments
- Lead new product development, conducting Voice-of-Customer research and defining requirements
- Develop global product launch plans, including market segmentation and pricing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of product management or related experience, preferably in the IVD space
- Knowledge of histocompatibility and immunogenetics, and antibody detection
- Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Ability to drive business results with a focus on action and execution

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
