      We are seeking an experienced Automotive Product Manager with deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM solutions to lead the development and enhancement of automotive products and services. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle of automotive products, leveraging Salesforce technologies to improve customer engagement, sales processes, and overall product performance.

      Key Responsibilities

      1. Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for automotive products, aligned with market demands and business objectives.
      2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor products.
      3. Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch automotive products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
      4. Leverage Salesforce CRM to enhance product features, improve customer relationship management, and drive sales growth.
      5. Use Salesforce tools to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and monitor product performance.
      6. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring the product meets market needs and business objectives.
      7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the automotive product and Salesforce-related activities.

      Qualifications

      1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
      2. Overall 8+ and min. 3+ years of experience in product management within the automotive industry.
      3. Experience with Salesforce CRM - Sales and Service.
      4. Strong understanding of automotive product development, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
      5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
      6. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
      7. Experience with product lifecycle management tools and techniques.
