• a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ideally 5+ years’ experience working in financial services, wealth management, consumer banking, or lending
• experience developing, implementing, and managing Customer Master platforms in financial services
• strong understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
• strong project organization skills and attention to detail
