      The Job’s Mission:

      As Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving our Head & Neck and ENT product portfolio in Benelux. You will be a partner for the regional sales teams and be involved in the creation and execution of key initiatives in the annual marketing plan, towards near-term revenue targets and future growth.

      In this position, you will interact with the Local and European Marketing teams to identify new marketing opportunities and, due to your high engagement with our customers, you will also contribute with insights to our product portfolio.       Your key responsibilities:

      • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our Head & Neck/ENT portfolio.

      • You will understand the market dynamics, key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses.

      • With the product and clinical knowledge you’ll build up, you’ll be able to explain different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs.

      • You will participate in the development and execution of the strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.

      • You will collaborate with the larger team to improve market access across the portfolio.

      • You will understand what customers value and how they perceive different attributes of the product or portfolio.

      • You will be able to articulate why the product or portfolio adds value or solves problems for the customer.

      • You will create marketing strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolio.

      • You will connect the business goal of the product or portfolio with the overall goal of Stryker.

      • You will develop strategies, sales tools, and communication plans for the product or portfolio.

      • You will work closely with sales training/sales enablement to set the sales training strategy for the product or portfolio.

      • You will be the Subject Matter Expert for product-related questions coming from the regional sales teams.

      • You will provide analytical support to set price.

      • You will support the tender management team during the creation of attractive business cases for tender submission.

      • You will analyze customer satisfaction, assess trends in customer engagement and incorporate trends into strategic planning.

      • In collaboration with the product management team, you will be involved in establishing short- and long-range improvement goals and action plans.

      What are we looking for?

      • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology or any other relevant field.

      • 4+ years of work experience is required.

      • 2+ years of Product Management, Marketing or Sales experience within the MedTech/BioTech industries is preferred.

      • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

      • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in Dutch or French is highly preferred.

      • You hold a valid driver’s license as this position involves regular interactions with customers and Sales teams in the region.
