  Shopbop is looking for a curious, self-driven, and passionate Product Manager to join the Buying and Planning team. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with buyers, planners, tech, and other key stakeholders to determine requirements and execute the vision for an interactive suite of tools to support the buying and planning process. Within your lane, you will be responsible for determining opportunity size of key enhancements, prioritizing across initiatives, managing the project roadmap, and overseeing launch and training to the end users. The ideal candidate needs to be hands-on and resourceful to navigate a complex set of tools and processes, and find opportunities to invent and simplify the workflow. - 3+ years of product management experience
  - Experience managing technical products or online services
  - Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
  - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
  - Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across broad cohorts of stakeholders- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
  - Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
