5+ years of experience in a B2B company in product management or a similar role.
3+ years of experience in planning go-to-market strategies and enabling sales teams with the right tools, messages, and training.
Familiar with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) approaches
Strong presentation and communication skills (native English speaker preferred)
A natural motivator and problem solver who takes initiative
Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Willing to travel as needed
Inbound Product experience working with development teams on end-to-end deliverables of product features.
Lead outbound product efforts, including business development, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning
Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to support effective sales enablement
Own projects end-to-end, from idea to execution
Spot opportunities, bring solutions, and move fast when it matters
Support both Product-Led Growth and Sales-Led Growth initiatives, adapting product strategy to different go-to-market motions
Be part of a team of experienced Product Managers, sharing ideas and pushing each other forward
Our base is in Jerusalem, working in a hybrid model
