What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's mission and strategic goals
- Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features tailored to diverse clients
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
