      Your Role


      The Digital Member Experience team is reimagining our digital customer experience and leading the transformation of the healthcare industry. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management - Digital Member Experience.


      In this role you will leverage your expertise in Product Management and consumer experiences to help us define the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, collaborate with internal business partners on product deliverables, and work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirement documentation, data analytics, member journeys, line of business analytics, design reviews, product reviews, implementation and delivery.


      Your Knowledge and Experience

      • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, public health, or information technology
      • Requires at least 7 years of experience in product management consulting or related business area
      • Requires ability to lead and manage cross functional teams without authority
      • Requires ability to perform as a product area subject matter expert (SME) to educate others of product
      • Experience related to product management including proven ability to lead research initiatives, define strategic roadmaps, craft detailed epics, analyze complex data sets, and manage backlog priorities effectively
      • Experience in an agile software development environment, with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles
      • Ability to drive products from conception to post-delivery
      • Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, including written communications
