What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and market opportunities
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Strong coaching skills to guide Product Owners
- Experience in working with technology vendors and partners
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
