- Developing sound product vision and strategy ensuring both is well known not only within the CRM team but also by global partners and users
- Writing clear and concise product definitions that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of our projects
- Identify and evaluate potential product opportunities and translate business goals and priorities to products
- Work closely with relevant partners to anticipate, understand and define business requirements
- Understand the structure, policies and operations of an organisation to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals and delivering maximum business value
- Owning the product roadmap and ensuring a healthy product backlog
- Prioritising new projects based on changing requirements
- Leading a team of product owners and oversee all stages of product creation including scoping, discovery, solution design, development and maintenance & support
- Leading multiple projects through product life cycle from concept to delivery, maintenance and retirement
- Champion evidence-based strategies to grow adoption and engagement
- Manage risks and issues, escalating to senior partners for resolution
- Ensure product health, PO’s running regular product health review sessions and oversee overall product lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience as a technical product leader, with significant time and success in large scale enterprise, ideally eCommerce or marketplace company
- 5+ years People Leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Expertise in analytics, with a focus on utilising data insights to solve business problems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation & outstanding partner management skills
- Self-directed leader able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities. Strong multi-tasking skills managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to influence peers, cross-functional teams and leadership, and rally them around a single initiative
- Phenomenal teammate with the ability to work in a multifaceted, cross-functional environment, across multiple locations and time zones
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams is desirable
- Ecommerce experience, especially with companies like eBay and Amazon or Big tech product experience such as Google, Meta, and Apple.

Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be passionate about building innovative solutions based on Salesforce technology. This role requires someone who has a large appetite for generating new product ideas from the ground up - this means that they can bring structure and simplicity to complicated problems. Product Managers (PMs) drive development and build consensus throughout the entire product lifecycle. We need someone who will apply their background in technology and business domains to define features and achieve product vision from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life. This role will work directly with many partners both within and outside of the ebay Hive CRM team, so phenomenal communication skills are required. This person will also be heavily involved in capturing insights for features by using business analytics, user research, marketing research, design, and more. They will synthesise data from multiple sources to drive the vision enabling our B2C partners to grow by providing the right tools and guidance and to automate and scale effective interactions.
