What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of product outcomes by defining success metrics and monitoring performance
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform product improvements and iterate on existing products
- Communicate product progress and changes to stakeholders, including customers and internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager; B2B or eCommerce experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
