Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

      Qualifications

      You'll have...

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 3+ years of experience performing human-centered research or product development
      • 3+ years of progressive product management experience in understanding the market and serving customer needs.

      Even better, you may have...

      • Experience or exposure with ADAS products
      • Enthusiastic communicator and leader of cross-functional teams
      • Innate curiosity and openness to learning
      • Are entrepreneurial, independently driven, inventive, and able to deliver results with minimum direction.
      • Curious about user problem areas and creative ways to solve them.
      • Experience in automotive industry and with Level 2 and Level 3 autonomous & assisted driving systems.
      • A champion for collaborative, iterative product discovery, and embracing your role as a member of a cross-disciplinary team.
      • Are comfortable presenting to and interacting with stakeholders, leadership, and customers.
      • Have exposure to lightweight product development methods such as user story mapping or low-fidelity rapid prototyping.
      • Exhibit customer empathy and seek their input at all stages of product development.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
