- Plan with the Digital Head the launch of iMCM initiatives from planning to execution for product & customer squads.
- Implement new digital channels and champion CX and UX solutions for the organization.
- Streamline, optimize and coordinate multi-media content development process.
- Evolve modular content strategy to a practical approach of content adaptation, speeding up content development in Canada with knowledge of PAAB, IMC, Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Heath Canada regulations.
- Set standards and best practices for creation, production and delivery of content to HCPs, patients & DTC
- Share best practices internally and support the development of digital marketing and content skills among internal stakeholders (IMCM, Product & Customer Squads, Field. Consumer Health for media buy and DTC).
- Continuously evaluate both HCP & DTC content and channel performance and recommend appropriate actions.
- Apply multi-industry best practices to content development and deployment.
- Along with the Digital Head, be the local interface with Global Content Strategy Team and make sure Canada's needs are represented in future developments
- Foster a content mindset: champion integrated approaches to content processes, digital production and related product and field activities.
- Partner with Digital Head, Omnichannel Managers, Product & Customer Squads, Field Data Science & Advanced Analytics (DS&AA), and other cross-functional stakeholders to improve the customer experience (CX) through stronger understanding of customer needs and better design of digital experiences, content, and solutions
- Bachelor’s (Master's preferred) degree in Business / Science or related field
- 5 years work experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated digital marketing experience, either in-house or with an agency
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for content development in Pharma in Canada (PAAB & ASC)
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Understanding of customer-centric experience design approaches and methodologies, including design thinking, usability testing, customer co-creation, A/B and multivariate testing, and prototyping
- Familiarity with experience deisgn tools and technologies (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Adobe, Miro, etc.)
- Skilled relationship-builder and cross-functional collaborator with proven leadership and teamwork abilities, able to manage priorities and drive results across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, sense of urgency, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations
- Experience with DTC, google analytics and media buy an asset
- Pharma/biotech experience is preferred, either in-house or via agency

Product Manager Digital
Bayer Inc.’s Pharmaceutical division is undergoing a major transformation in our operating model and customer engagement approach to better serve our patients and customers and achieve ‘Health for All’. Reporting to the Head of Product and Operations the product manager will be responsible for the success of their brand. This includes being a key member of the cross-functional squad and supporting the 90-day strategic direction for the brand. They should have a strong understanding the therapeutic area, the customers’ needs, patient journey and the regional differences that may exist for the brand potential and the drivers of brand success. They will work collaboratively with members of the product squad and customer squads.
