      THE ROLE (Porto or Lisbon based)

      The Discovery & Consideration domain is part of the Consumer Products Team, responsible for the end to end customer experience of the Farfetch website and mobile apps. Our mission is to facilitate the effortless discovery of desired items, catering to users with strong intent and those seeking inspiration through personalized recommendations. Streamline the consideration phase by providing comprehensive and pertinent information for informed decision-making, fostering user confidence in online purchases while promoting an elevated luxury experience from end to end. Our area also supports product discoverability via efficient search and ranking experiences, leveraged by commercial business requirements, working closely with the Trade team. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Discovery & Consideration area, reporting to the Head of Product.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO
      • Assist in the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
      • Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design teams to define product requirements.
      • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
      • Support the prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact.
      • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
      • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
      • Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


      WHO YOU ARE
      • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
      • Knowledgeable about Product management and scrum methodologies.
      • Interested and knowledgeable in consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps) and the metrics that inform those products.
      • Aware of the luxury market and related industry trends.
      • You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • You can understand and discuss technical concepts.
      • You can assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information.
      • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
      • Proficient in English.
