      Req#: REQ12175

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of planning, prioritizing, and driving projects from concept to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can establish process in areas of high complexity without needing constant direction.

      What You'll Do

      • Own the full project lifecycle — from defining scope and goals to execution, delivery, and retrospectives

      • Build intuitive, outcome-driven roadmaps and continuously refine priorities based on business needs

      • Translate ideas into clear wireframes, specs, and timelines using tools like Figma and Confluence

      • Lead cross-functional planning with product, design, and engineering teams

      • Manage tasks and workflows in Jira with fluency, driving team accountability and momentum

      • Be an individual contributor, not just a task manager — contribute directly to UX, wireframes, and product thinking

      • Communicate project status, risks, and blockers clearly across stakeholders

      • Work autonomously and drive initiatives with minimal oversight

      What You Bring

      • ~7 years of experience managing technical and/or product-heavy projects

      • Mastery of Jira and Confluence — you should be able to teach others how to use it better

      • Strong intuition for roadmapping , prioritization , and scoping

      • Excellent wireframing and UX instincts (Figma experience is a plus)

      • Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical concepts (coding not required)

      • A self-starter mindset and track record of operating independently

      • An eye for design and user experience, and the ability to bring structure to product ideas
