What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute comprehensive internal and external communication plans across various channels
- Write and edit diverse content, including client emails, website copy, and product documents
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
- Create high-quality product videos and demos for various teams
- Monitor communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
- 4-6+ years of experience in communications within the financial industry
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Agile project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence search engines and prompting
- Creative thinker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Experience developing communication assets in the financial services industry
