      The What
      We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Management team, responsible for overseeing the tactical aspects of 3xLogic Infinias, Sonitrol, and the Dealer Portal utilized for Vigil Core, Sonitrol Core, and potentially Vigil Cloud.


      The How

      • Collaborate with the Product Management Director and the other Product Managers to align globally
      • Tactic market insights
        1. Interact with internal stakeholders, as well as current and potential clients and partners to determine product requirements
        2. Communicate the tactical insights to relevant internal stakeholders
        3. Ensuring the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
      • Product launch & lifecycle
        1. Execute upon the strategy determined together with the Product Management Director
        2. Planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
        3. Gathering Voice of Customer and Customer Insights to Drive the Product Roadmap
        4. Involve key stakeholders in prioritization for short-, medium- and long-term goals
        5. Articulate business requirements to the Engineering Teams
        6. Maintain product backlog by creating product features and user stories
        7. Attending team coordination meetings
        8. Validate that business and technical requirements are met during the Sprints
        9. Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
        10. Validate that required certifications and regulations are met
        11. Creating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation (user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and training during as well as after the launch
        12. Marketing communications to help understand product positioning, key benefits and the target customer
      • Support
        1. Being the go-to for subject matter expertise and leading day to day activities
        2. Working with the Commercial teams and key customers on presentations
        3. Organizing demos
        4. Working with Tech Support teams to ensure that the countries receive the required support
        5. Working with Pre-Sales teams to ensure that the countries receive the required support
        6. Working with Sales teams where subject matter expertise is needed in client meetings
        7. Working with Training teams to ensure that they effectively can train the teams
        8. Working with Marketing teams to support their effort in the region

      What we need

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
      • 1+ Product Owner experience
      • 1+ years’ experience in physical security products, such as Intrusion Alarm and Access Control
      • Experience with launching applications, preferable cloud applications and SaaS business models
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
      • Service minded attitude
      • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
      • Analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve issues with well-structured analysis
      • This position may require travel to customer and non-customer sites as well as trade conferences
