What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the strategic vision and product development within the incubation team
- Conduct industry research and gather insights from customer feedback to refine the product roadmap
- Define and validate the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to support the market entry strategy
- Coordinate resources and plan workflows for agile development cycles and product iterations
- Produce and prioritize user stories, manage release schedules, and oversee project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree, and/or significant experience in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Software Engineering
- Five or more years of experience in product management and bringing new software products to market
- Experience with marketplace products and B2B businesses
- Ability to conduct customer interviews and translate needs into product concepts and features
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in PropTech, Finance, or commercial real estate
