What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage product life cycles for Crop Harvesting Cotton and Heads to meet profitability and market share objectives
- Collect and consolidate product requirements from various commercial regions to align with brand strategy
- Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure project alignment and progress
- Support and drive sell-through activities across regional markets, including potential international travel
- Analyze and propose segment volumes and share forecasts based on product development plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, General Business or a closely related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing profit & loss targets and global/international experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with project management experience
- In-depth technical knowledge of Cotton and Crop Harvesting equipment and operations
