      Req#: 5888130003

Every large company was once a startup. And inside large companies are billion-dollar ideas, hidden talent and ready capital – resources and expertise that are the envy of any startup. Yet most companies never realize the potential of their built-in advantages for growth.

Why? Because doing that requires them to think and act differently — to recapture the spirit, spark, and speed of their entrepreneurial origins. It’s exceptionally difficult to do — but Mach49 does just that. We help ambitious companies unlock new disruptive growth through Venture Building and Venture Investing.

Focused 100% on execution, we bring Silicon Valley expertise to building and investing in a portfolio of ventures — building capability, not dependency. Learn more at www.mach49.com.

This is a 7 to 9-month contract position, with a potential opportunity for extension.

      / The Role

We are recruiting a Product Manager for a client engagement, who will lead product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring products align with our overall vision for an HR Tech-based venture.

As well as the strategic leadership, you will enjoy being hands-on as you will facilitate discussions, user story development, refinement, and testing. You will have experience managing multiple workstreams at varying stages of development and you will bring an innovative and growth mindset to the team.

      • Define the creative vision, goals, and roadmap, and provide hands-on leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution. This includes designing and building tangible prototypes that encapsulate your creative vision.
      • Foster a collaborative environment with both internal team members and external studio partners. Actively work together to test, refine, and prioritize features within tight timelines, ensuring the development process is efficient and high quality.
      • Oversee the conceptualization, development, and refinement of prototypes, including those that integrate AI technologies. Conduct iterative tests to validate and enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
      • Work closely with the Go To Market team to engage directly with potential leads converting them to pilots, leveraging feedback into a solution that solves pilot pains
      • Manage the overall user journey, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience across all product touchpoints. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement, paying particular attention to user feedback and behavioral data.
      • Monitor the performance of developed features and solutions, addressing concerns such as accuracy, latency, scalability, and overall user experience. Strive for continuous improvement to ensure our products remain industry-leading.
      • Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related information. Communicate regularly with executive and cross-functional teams, providing clear and concise updates on project progression, challenges, and successes.

      / The Requirements

      • Fluency in Arabic and English
      • 5+ years of direct product lead experience, ideally with experience in HR Tech or related fields, particularly in early stage startups
      • Strong understanding of AI/ML methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks, with demonstrable experience of their practical application to a products development.
      • The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and also collaborate with technical teams, leveraging their knowledge to evolve the product roadmap
      • Deep understanding of user behavior analytics, particularly in the context of viral and retention loops, to design AI-driven products that foster active user engagement and loyalty
      • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
      • At least ownership of one product that has reached substantial usage, ideally an HR related application
