      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap that supports new product development growth
      - Conduct regular market research to inform product decisions and ensure competitiveness
      - Engage with customers, dealers, and end users to understand their needs and preferences
      - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, design, and supply chain for smooth product development execution
      - Aid in the development of marketing programs and launch collateral to enhance market share growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications
      - Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a marketing environment
      - Strong ability to work effectively across organizations and networks
      - Knowledge of market analysis, product development processes, and product management
      - Proficient in Project Management, Marketing, and Communications, as well as computer skills including Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant degree preferred, but equivalent experience may also be considered
      - Technical product knowledge and experience in equipment manufacturing
      - Experience in the electric utility industry
      - Ability to manage projects with minimal assistance
      - Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
