      Product Manager – Asset Information Management

      Location – Pune, India

      Job Summary

      As a product manager for AIM, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the leading software solutions for infrastructure asset information management. You will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the market needs, prioritize the product backlog, and communicate the product value proposition. You will also collaborate with other product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with other Bentley products and platforms.

      Responsibilities

      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and validate customer problems and opportunities.
      • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Asset Information Management and related applications.
      • Develop and maintain the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
      • Work with engineering and UX teams to ensure the product meets the quality, usability, and performance standards.
      • Manage the product launch and release process, including beta testing, documentation, training, and support.
      • Act as the product owner and champion for Asset Information Management and related applications, both internally and externally.
      • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create and deliver effective product messaging, positioning, and collateral.
      • Gather and analyze feedback and metrics to measure and improve the product performance and customer satisfaction.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
      • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the infrastructure engineering or asset information management domain.
      • Working knowledge of asset information management applications specifically in the linear industries.
      • Strong understanding of the infrastructure engineering market, customers, and competitors.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and attend events.
