Drive and support end - to end product development for associate tools within the MyWalmart platform - partnering with product leads, engineering, design, and data science to deliver high - impact features.
Define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and oversee execution using Jira and Confluence.
Leverage analytics tools such as Firebase, BigQuery, Power BI, and Tableau to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize user engagement.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions against user and business needs.
Ensure production health and operational excellence through issue triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement - using tools like Splunk and Firebase.
Lead discovery efforts through in-store visits, user interviews, and direct interaction with associates to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and analyze sentiment - driving actionable insights to improve product adoption and usability.
Contribute to AI-driven experiences by supporting the development of features powered by conversational and generative AI to enhance associate productivity.
A well-rounded product management background with experience in building and scaling digital tools.
Proficiency with agile product tools and data platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Splunk, BigQuery, Power BI, and Tableau.
A user-first, data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Comfort working closely with technical teams and navigating complex system environments.
Passion for innovation and the practical applications of AI in real-world workflows.

Join Walmart's Product team as a Product Manager III and help shape digital tools that empower over 1.5 million associates and impact the everyday shopping experience of millions of customers.
As part of the My Walmart mobile platform, which supports 50+ associate-facing mini-apps, you'll drive product initiatives that blend strong product thinking, data analytics, and AI to create smarter, more efficient tools in our stores.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
