What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the overall product strategy and business leadership for high-speed backplane connector products
- Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities and identify growth potential within key accounts
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to execute product roadmaps
- Manage the P&L for the assigned product portfolio and track progress against business plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product management, sales, business development, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- Experience in high-speed interconnect products or the industry
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience
- Knowledge of high-speed interconnect signal integrity and system architecture
- Exceptional presentation skills for effectively communicating complex concepts
- Creative and innovative thinker with a track record of developing product strategies
