What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, track, and execute updates to learning content and programs
- Author copy aligned to messaging for internal and external audiences
- Drive product enhancements aligned with business goals
- Coordinate meetings and communications to support maintenance efforts
- Project manage large design efforts and curate customized learning experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of managing and leading project teams
- Minimum of one year of experience in learning and development
- Strong knowledge of Agile project management process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and course building software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in course building software, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Experience with regulatory and compliance-based learning
- Familiarity with working in both waterfall and agile environments
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proven expertise with large-scale organizational learning initiatives
