      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the discovery, experimentation, and delivery of merchandising capabilities related to the Assortment Lineplan
      - Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to develop business objectives and plans
      - Collect customer feedback and relevant data to prioritize product direction and outcomes
      - Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria
      - Foster open communication and inspire high performance within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience in merchandising
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
      - Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an agile environment
      - Ability to influence without authority
      - Technical aptitude and proficiency in Product Management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
