      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather requests and create business cases
      - Drive discoveries and cross-functional alignment for high-impact initiatives
      - Develop presentations and communicate complex topics clearly to various audiences
      - Manage and lead cross-functional Epics involving product, engineering, and IT infrastructure
      - Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10 years of Product Management experience in a technology or retail environment
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
      - Proven experience leading cross-functional Epics with product and engineering teams
      - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in ART
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Power BI
      - Strategic thinking capabilities with a long-term vision
      - Understanding of enterprise software development in complex environments
      - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and business objectives
