What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand customer workflows to identify their needs and define usability parameters
- Collaborate with Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver timely solutions
- Own the in-product onboarding experience for customers, ensuring successful integration
- Gather customer feedback and manage relationships to enhance product offerings
- Drive the development squads to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle management (Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
- Proven ability to build products that incorporate and re-use components across multiple lines
- Strong customer engagement and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
