What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze solution metrics to assess performance, including revenue, usage stats, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research on users and describe solution positioning and messaging for key buyers
- Prepare business cases for proposed solutions to inform investment decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Manage product roadmaps, development schedules, and cross-functional compatibility of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; 5 years in product management or marketing in the healthcare information or software industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical ability to define complex problems and creatively frame solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience at the senior level or equivalent experience in product management
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to strategic and tactical decisions
- Strong market and customer-centric orientation
- Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives or projects
